Descriptions - please note that colours may vary via the web, but we will endeavour to give you an accurate description of all our items.

Orders - all orders will be despatched within 1 working day of receipt, if in stock.  If we do not have your requirements in stock, we will contact you and advise estimated delivery time.  At this point if you decide to cancel your order, we are quite happy for you to do so.  We try to maintain adequate stock levels to service all orders, but there may be times when this has not been possible.  

Payments  - we will process our payments via PAYPAL.  All your payment details will be dealt with via Paypal Standard Payments which is secure and meets all PCI DSS requirements.  Customer information will not be shared with any third party and no payment details are kept or stored by Knit and Yarn - only those which are needed for accounting purposes.

Returns - BOOKS/PATTERNS  ARE NON-RETURNABLE`.  Yarn orders are returnable within seven days, but must be in good order with all ball bands in tack.  No responsibility will be taken for lost or damaged goods. Please contact us by ringing 01986 895400 before returning any goods - thank you.

Postage - all UK orders £20.00 and under will be posted via standard first class postage rates.  Orders over £20.00 (UK only) will be posted free of charge.  All orders outside UK will be posted standard international postage rates.  

Workshops - full payment is required at the time of booking.  Bookings will be taken on a 'first come, first served basis' due to the popularity.  Please note we do reserve the right to cancel any Workshop where we do not have enough bookings. 

Workshop Cancellations/refunds - refunds will be made at the discretion of Gilly or Charles Bell and upon the space being resold.  Workshops cancelled by Knit and Yarn will be subject to full refunds.  

Please ensure that you order enough yarn in the same dye lot to complete your project
